i cheated on tests occasionally during primary school, once in a while during secondary school, had to choose between JC and poly; picked poly. cheated in those tests too. If I had tests to take now, I'd be probably cheating occasionally too. But only for those that require me to memorize chunks of rubbish from textbooks. Because I don't believe proving my ability to memorize passages will prove very useful in a daily cnotext.
